Delivery Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide to residential, business, and PO Box addresses. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
Processing Times
We take pride in our curated selection and process orders within 1–2 business days after payment clears (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days for metro areas; regional and remote locations may take longer.
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days for metro areas; regional and remote locations may take longer.
Please note these are estimates provided by our carriers. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by peak periods or events outside our control.
Shipping Fees
• Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate.
• Express Shipping: $18.00 flat rate.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts).
Carriers & Tracking
We partner with Australia Post and trusted courier services to ensure your items arrive safely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your
tracking link.
Authority To Leave (ATL)
You may select “Authority to Leave” at checkout. Please be aware that if this is selected, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery address.
Once the carrier records the parcel as delivered, the risk of loss transfers to the recipient.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at monoandmoss@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the item (if damaged). We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Order Changes & Errors
We begin processing orders quickly to get them to you faster. If you need to update your details, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been picked or shipped. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, additional redelivery fees may apply.
