We want you to love your MONO & MOSS purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Return

To start a return, email us at monoandmoss@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
